My son's natural diet....
I really love making my son's baby food. It's so reassuring to know exactly what he's eating. I still can't figure out how people believe baby food in jars are fresh veggies when the expiry (for the Canadian readers) date is 2-3 years away.... Preservatives, anyone? And yes, we buy organic...

Why Canada must you spoil me with a YEAR off work? I am loving this stay at home mom gig.... It's getting close.. I have less than 4 months remaining. I thought it was hard to return to work after a 2 week vacation... Will I remember anything? The other day I actually forgot where my job was. Funny, eh?

Product use...
Okay. My new name is Hair Saturation Queen. In an effort to prevent dryness, I went overboard with amount of product I used on my hair this morning. So much so, my hair looked grey. Luckily, my son's hair needed some sheen so I shared the wealth with him.
Hot, muggy, humid conditions
Help! I got caught in the rain the other day and watched my hair shrink a couple of inches... Actually, it was pretty funny. Note to self: always have protection from the elements.

Working in a corporate environment with natural hair...
I have been on maternity leave since wearing my hair natural. I thought I had a few months before my big debut. However, there is a mandatory end of year meeting for management that I have to attend with baby in tow. I guess my debut will be earlier than I thought....
