I really love making my son's baby food. It's so reassuring to know exactly what he's eating. I still can't figure out how people believe baby food in jars are fresh veggies when the expiry (for the Canadian readers) date is 2-3 years away.... Preservatives, anyone? And yes, we buy organic...

Why Canada must you spoil me with a YEAR off work? I am loving this stay at home mom gig.... It's getting close.. I have less than 4 months remaining. I thought it was hard to return to work after a 2 week vacation... Will I remember anything? The other day I actually forgot where my job was. Funny, eh?
